An Evening with Rajat Parr

On Wednesday, July 15th, we are thrilled to host our first winemaker dinner and welcome one of the most influential voices in modern wine: Rajat Parr.

Known for his thoughtful approach to farming, winemaking, and hospitality, Raj has spent the past two decades helping shape conversations around terroir-driven wines and sustainable viticulture. A celebrated sommelier, author, and winemaker, he is the co-founder of Sandhi, Domaine de la Côte, and Phelan Farm on California’s Central Coast, where he has become a leading advocate for organic and regenerative farming practices.

For this special evening, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a curated selection of Raj’s wines, available by the glass and bottle, alongside our regular à la carte menu. The evening is meant to be relaxed and informal, giving guests the chance to discover the wines, enjoy dinner, and engage with Raj throughout the night at their own pace.

Raj will be joining us throughout the evening, pouring wines, sharing stories from the vineyard, and offering insight into the philosophies that guide his work. Whether you’re already familiar with his wines or discovering them for the first time, this promises to be a memorable evening of food, wine, and conversation.

We’re honored to welcome Raj for this special event and excited to celebrate our first winemaker dinner with our guests.

Reservations are recommended.
